Sweet dish lapsi Lapsi is a traditional Indian sweet dish,it is like to eat in special occasion or festivals in rajasthan,gujrat , Uttar Pradesh,hariyana, Punjab and all northern states of India. it is made of broken wheat (genhu tukdi). Ingredients-
200gms bajra
Water
50gms moong daal
30gms til
1tsp haldi powder
Salt to taste
Preparation-
Ek chhote bartan me 200gms bajra lenge usme Pani dalkar usey 2 ghante tak bhigone ke liye rakh denge,uske baad pani nikalkar bajre ko hamandaste(stone grinder) me kut lenge ab kute hue bajre me 50gms moong dal aur 30gms kute hue til ko mila lenge.
Ab chulhe me aag jalakar handi chulhe pe rakhenge ab uss handi me 800ml pani daalenge or usey tej aanch pe garam karenge ,pani garam hone par usme bajre,moong,til ka mixture dalenge or dalne ke sath-sath chammach hilate rahenge or salt add karenge(to taste) ab isey 10 minutes tak medium aanch pe pakne denge uske baad handi ko angaaron pe rakh de or dhakkan band kar de
or isey 5-7minutes tak pakne de aapka khichda taiyar he ab aap isko ghee or sugar ke sath serve kar sakte h.
